A few look to forward

Look,  I know that "Back to the future" is a good movie and makes people want to travel in time to the future, but for me is a forthright no, for some reason I don't feel comfortable with the idea of knowing what's in the future, what would happen, what would change, etc, but I really like history, I like to learn from the past, so probably I would travel to the past. Maybe I would go to the XIX century to meet Jane Austen (if I have the opportunity) or even back in the past, like medieval times, because I have a curiosity for the dresses that women wore. Actually, I think my curiosity is mostly for fashion in general. I can read for hours about how people did dresses, hats, how people used clothes and for what moments, especially when it has a political background.

However, although my focus is on fashion, if I really could travel to the past, the most probably is I would visit the castles, since I'm a big fan of Barbie, specifically the barbie's movies about princesses, to know how is/was really living in one, in the time when royalty was a too serious thing. I know it would probably smell bad but, I don't know, for the experience I think it's something worth it, I can hold my breath for a minute if is necessary.

  1. I am also of the opinion that it is better not to know the future yet.

Music for the soul

The last year in December I went for first time to a concert, and it was to the Harry Styles's concert in estadio bicentenario. Harry Styles is known to be part of One Direction from 2010 to 2016, until the members of the band takes different ways, and now he is doing his own kind of music, something between rock and pop mainly. I don't have others to compare, but I can tell you it was awesome. There were colors, glitter and feathers in everywhere, wich is a thing that describe to Harry very well, rock and feathers. I sang every song with all my lungs and have fun with my sister and friend (it feels really nice to scream at the same time with a lot of people the songs you love), everybody had fun, there were people jumping and dancing in every corner. I just can't describe more than using the word AWESOME. Sometimes I think if someone asks me if I could go back in the past to the time I buy my ticket and I had to wait another three years to see him again, I absolutely will...

Who knows what we will be doing in a few years

So, when I was a child I had different dream jobs, like being a florist, but none of them were what I'm studying now, psychology.  Like many members of my family, I also found myself wondering, Why? But most importantly, how? And today I can tell you that all this is because I like the idea of attending to people, but not because I like to socialize; it's more in the way of providing help. The first thing many of my dream jobs say is "My name is Catalina, What I can help you / What can I do for you".  I think I chose psychology because I realize that many of those jobs won't be good for my economy in the present. Well, for that and also because I can do what I wanted, help people. Of course, to do it I have to have the theoretical knowledge and know how to treat people, sometimes with patience, and there are too many other things that I'm sure I'm going to learn in the process. I don't know if in the next ten years this will be the real thing I...
